Premier Network Group (PNG) is to replace its Trigold sourcing software with Home Buyer System (HBS).
PNG says current market conditions mean its members need to be able to source products from across the marketplace, not just those that pay proc fees.
PNG will rollout the HBS software to its appointed representatives (ARs) in the coming months, with all expected to have moved to the new system by the end of September.
Paul Fisher, sales and marketing director at PNG, comments: “We believe that Home Buyer’s inbuilt facility to source direct-to-lender products, provide KFIs and all other documentation for these sales, together with facilities to collect fees from customers, will be of great benefit to members as lenders continue to offer their cheapest products for direct-to-lender business.
HBS’s Richard Angliss says he will work with PNG over the coming months to ensure full compliance systems are in place in the run up to the TCF deadline in December.
