Tenet will host an A-Day function to help its advisers get to grips with any potential impact pensions simplification may cause.
The event will extend to members of Tenet's two networks, M&E and Interdependence, and advisers of its IFA firm Capital Planning UK.
Featured speakers including Steve Bee, head of pensions strategy at Scottish Life, explaining which clients will be affected, as well as potential benefits from the new legislation and what planning opportunities exist.
Stuart Fairbairn, director of pensions at Tenet, says pensions simplification has a major influence on all clients, while professional connections form a core part in accessing these clients.
“As professional advisers, IFAs, solicitors and accountants have a responsibility and opportunity to ensure clients are made fully aware of the threats and potential benefits arising from the changes in pension legislation,” he says.IFAonline
