Threesixty, the IFA support services provider, has appointed Seven Investment Management (7IM) as its first ‘affiliated platform'.
The group is developing strategic partnerships with a number of wrap platform providers that have a long term future in the IFA market.
Threesixty partner Phil Young comments: “threesixty has been monitoring wrap and platform providers closely for over 18 months. The first key piece in the jigsaw for us was to find a platform that offered an outsourced investment solution for intermediaries through a discretionary service. This can service the key high net worth segment of an IFA’s client bank.
“The fact that 7IM offers three key services – discretionary services, multi-manager and wrap – all within the one platform, and the high regard with which our existing IFA clients clearly hold them, made it an ideal partner. A track record for great service delivery is difficult to find and yet so important to IFAs.
“7IM offers true independence with its open architecture platform providing an extensive selection of tax wrappers and the widest range of eligible securities, including institutional class funds, and globally-listed securities, structured products, hedge funds and others.”
The affiliation with 7IM is the first in a series of announcements from threesixty on a number of key strategic partnerships that will form its wrap proposition.
