The chief executive of Bright Grey, David Robinson, will be leaving the firm at the end of the month.
Robinson has led the firm since its inception after he was employed by Royal London as chief executive of Bright Grey in September 2001.
He has decided it is the right time to leave the business and move on to a new challenge.
For the time being, Mike Yardley, group chief executive of Royal London, will manage the firm alongside the Bright Grey executive team.
He states: “My decision to leave has not been an easy one, but launching and building Bright Grey has been all-consuming and it’s time for me to take some time out and find out what else the future holds. I will miss being at the heart of the business, but I have every confidence that Bright Grey will continue to thrive and develop given the brilliant team I leave at the helm.”
