AIM has launched a free company reports service following disclosure rules introduced in February.
Fcreports.com gives investors free company annual reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and interim reports.
AIM’s regulator, the London Stock Exchange, introduced rule 26 to require all AIM-listed companies to publish financial document on a website. Companies must also provide links to the material on other websites.
The rules mean existing companies must publish their latest financial statements such as interim reports and new companies must post their AIM admission papers.
Companies must also disclose the number of shares issued and the names of the board of directors.
Fcreports.com provides documents on all but 13 of the 1,670 AIM-listed companies.
