Mortgage Next has confirmed dates for a series of workshops to help brokers exploit additional income opportunities.
Mortgage Next says 2008 is likely to be a more difficult year for mortgage brokers and says it is important for them to maximise business opportunities.
Topics to be covered include:
- budget selling to maximise income
- effective conversion of purchased leads
- when to use alternative debt solutions
- opportunities in the overseas mortgage market.
Gemma Harle, managing director of Mortgage Next, says: “The emphasis [of the seminars] is on providing practical hints and tips to enable intermediaries to maximise new revenue generating opportunities. Brokers will go away armed with information which they can put to immediate use, which will make a real impact to their bottom line profitability.”
The seminars will take place between 4 March and 29 July, with the first seminar taking place in the Marriott Hotel in Edinburgh.
Seminars will also be held in Manchester, Maidstone, Chingford, Liverpool, Birmingham, Heathrow, Cardiff and Newport. Each seminar begins at 10am and last for two and a half hours.
Places are limited and intermediaries can book by visiting the Mortgage Next Website here, or by calling 0845 130 0609.
