Advantage has strengthened its team with the appointment of Bijal Rathour, Lee McManus and Mark Dimond.
Rathour joins as operations resource manager, McManus will be regions sales manager for the North and Dimond takes the job of business development manager for the North.
Prior to joining Advantage, Rathour was operations manager LMS where she created a support centre for the launch of Home Information Packs and Energy Performance Certificates.
Rathour will bring over 17 years of experience to Advantage.
She will report to Tracy Stokes, director of organisations at Advantage, who says: "Bijal brings a wealth of experience from the mortgage industry and will play a vital role in supporting the operations team to help continue to grow the business. We are delighted to have her on board."
Commenting on her appointment, Rathour says: "The operations team at Advantage has grown steadily over the last year and I am looking forward to working with such a well-known industry leader whose team is thoroughly committed to its packagers and brokers."
McManus joins Advantage from Preffered where he held positions as an underwriter and account manager.
Dimond has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry having worked as a sales manager, mortgage IFA and building society manager.
