IFA firm Park Row has selected Intelligent Office as its front-back office tool for its 300 advisers.
The IntelliFlo-developed system, entirely web-based, offers a range of features, including full fact find, research tools, suitability letters, compliance, risk-based file checking, and commissions and payment.
Carey Shakespeare, Park Row’s sales and marketing director, says: “As a business we are constantly reviewing every element of the support we provide to our advisers.
“Technology is one of the key components of that support. Having reviewed the market, we have chosen Intelligent Office as we believe it will provide the company and our advisers with a solid platform for our future success.”
Nick Eatock, CEO of IntelliFlo, adds: “We are absolutely delighted to be working with Park Row and welcome their decision to replace their previous system with our rapidly evolving product, Intelligent Office.
“This will allow Park Row to realise business efficiencies and facilitate an integrated model encompassing both advisers and other staff.”
