Winterthur launches online tool

Portfolio Balancer is the name of Winterthur Life's new planning and asset allocation tool for intermediaries, which uses stochastic modelling to analyse outcomes of investment decisions.

As such, the model will enable advisers to determine the statistical probability of clients hitting their goals. Fund research from Forsyth Partners complements the raw data, and the fund reports can be dowloaded and included in intermediaries’ own reports to clients. An additional capability of the tool is the ability to transact units online – buying, selling and balancing. Winterthur is offering IFAs the opportunity to discuss the tool as well as pensions simplification at a series of workshops. For more information, or to order a guide to the new tool, visit www.winterthur-ifa...
