Independent stockbroker, Hargreave Hale, has gone live with a tool that will allow clients to access their own portfolio statements from the Internet.
The new tool, called InVantage View, is designed by Investmaster and will present Hargreave Hale clients with detailed portfolio statements via a secure and user-friendly website. The website also allows users to download a PDF copy of their statement.
The InVantage View website also supports news announcements, which will allow Hargreave Hale to alert users to new products or other new developments, and is fully branded.
Hargreave Hale has access to a full back office system which allows account management and also news bulletin posts.
Director of Hargreave Hale, Stuart Brookes, says that the implementation of Investmaster’s new technology has “opened up and extra channel of communication with our clients.”
InVantage View is the first collaborative product from Investmaster and new parent company, Burns e-Commerce, and combined the experience and technology of the two companies.
Peter Little, CEO of Investmaster, is pleased with the launch of the InVantage View website and says, “For InVantage View, we successfully pair Burns and Investmaster technologies, delivering to Hargreave Hale a valuable and customised solution - and by working together - quick to turn around.”
