Yorkshire launches revamped mortgage range

Yorkshire Building Society has today launched a new range of fixed rate mortgages.

The new range will have terms ranging from two years to ten years and rates are up to 0.45% lower than previously. From today, two-year, three-year and five-year fixed rate mortgages are available from 5.74% with a £995 fee and maximum LTV of 75%. Ten-year fixed rates are available from 5.84%. Yorkshire is also offering £500 cashback and free valuation and legal services for customers looking to remortgage.
