The Mortgage Business (TMB) will allow brokers to access client offer documents online and print them locally, it was announced today.
The new service should save brokers time, as they will no longer need to contact their TMB processing centre while waiting for paper copies to arrive.
All brokers using the TMBi system will receive mortgage offers in PDF format for applications submitted online, allowing them to print them in their own office, rather than contacting TMB for a faxed copy.
In addition, brokers will be emailed a tracking number for offers produced, allowing them to track the progress of full offer documents.
Nigel Payne, managing director of TMB, comments: “Allowing users to access offers online will cut their administrative burden significantly. They will now no longer have to chase for product updates or worry about postal delays and any offer queries will now be solved more effectively.”
