L&G adds mortgage admin support

Legal & General Mortgage Club has partnered with Connect Mortgage Group to provide its directly authorised members with outsourced support services.

The service allows brokers to spend less time on administration and more time with their clients, according to L&G. Directly authorised brokers can opt to have their cases handled by Connect and they will "proactively chase applications" and aim to process fully within 15 days. Connect also tracks cases and keeps brokers and their clients updated on case progress via text message and e-mail. The service can help brokers improve their client relations and ensure their customers receive mortgage offers more quickly, Connect says.
