Positive Solutions appoints chief exec

Positive Solutions, the IFA firm, has appointed Jim Reeve as chief executive.

He replaces Neil Johnson who moves to new IFA technology firm True Potential as senior partner. Reeve joins from Barclays Financial Planning where he worked as managing director from 2004. He also worked for Zurich group for 25 years and became managing director of Zurich IFA group in 2001. Reeve will start work at the company next Monday and take up the chief executive role at the end of the month. Meanwhile David Harrison, executive chairman, steps down from day-to-day operational duties. He will continue to chair the board of directors and work with parent company Aegon. Earlier th...
