The AIC has identified the 20 investment trusts with the most consistent performance over the last decade.
The five most consistent are: JP Morgan Russian Securities, Genesis Emerging Markets, Advance Developing Markets, Aberdeen New Dawn and BlackRock World Mining. The group said the 20 best trusts come from a diverse range of 12 sectors. Sectors most represented were: Global Emerging Markets and UK Smaller Companies, with three investment companies in each. The Global Growth, Asia Pacific ex Japan, Private Equity and Europe sectors all had two investment companies.
