M&G's Felton takes extended leave

The manager of the M&G UK Select fund will start treatment immediately, a process that requires some months to complete. Garfield Kiff, manager of the M&G UK Growth fund and deputy manager of the M&G UK Select fund, will manage Felton’s fund during his absence. A member of M&G’s UK equity team since February 2000, Kiff has worked closely with Felton since he joined M&G in early 2005. “We expect Mike to be able to return to work at the beginning of 2009.
