Arc Fund Management founder Renwick Haddow has quit the firm.
Haddow quit his full-time position and stepped down from the board due to Arc's change in emphasis away from corporate finance.
"I set out to build an integrated financial services business and this has now been achieved with some success,” Haddow says.
“I feel it is now time for me to move on and use my entrepreneurial skills in another sector"
Arc says the move is “entirely amicable” and is effective from 31 December.
"We fully respect Renwick's decision and thank him for all his hard work in building the group,” Arc CEO Christopher Rowe says.
