Batchelor to leave Platform

Guy Batchelor, sales and marketing director at Platform the Britania Building society subsidiary is to leave the lender at the end of the year.

Batchelor is to join Lehman Brothers in the New Year after nine years at Platform. An interim sales & marketing director will be appointed until a permanent successor can be found, says Platform. Batchelor will retain his role with the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association although he will no longer act as a spokesman for the Association.
