Charlie Massey, The Pensions Regulator's executive director for strategic development, is to leave after completing a three-year secondment from the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
He will return to the DWP as capability director and take responsibility for building skills in the areas of leadership, strategy and delivery. Massey headed the DWP division that created The Pensions Regulator and Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and previously worked in the Prime Minister's strategy unit where he led projects on drugs and childcare. Chris Dobson, director of corporate development at the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority (PADA), will replace Massy on a six-week secondment.
