Protection provider progress from Royal Liver has made a number of improvements to its adviser extranet site following feedback from IFAs.
The changes include an extra question function for advisers with any query about the application.
The firm says the ultimate goal is to give advisers more choice and control and simpler processes. Further improvements are set to be made in August.
Aidan Dewhurst, IFA marketing manager at progress from Royal Liver, says: “These changes will make life easier for advisers writing protection business.
“The system improvements and the enhanced usability are designed to give advisers more control and faster turnaround times, which will result in their clients receiving their cover quicker.”
Dewhurst also says progress is receiving positive feedback to its Virtual Underwriter tool launched last summer.
The tool enables advisers with any protection queries to find a suitable video answer on the progress website. If there is no answer available, an email can be sent to progress to update their system.
