UK eCommerce standards body Origo has announced five more companies have singed up to the Adviserwise Matrix system.
The online initiative, accessible on adviserwise.com, provides IFAs in the life, pensions and collective investment sector with free product and eServices information in a simple and accessible way.
Durell, Selestia Investment Solutions, Royal Liver, LV= and The Hartford have joined 26 other firms which publish their online capabilities on the Matrix tool.
Royal Liver IFA eCommerce manager Richard Leadbeater says the range of back office systems and portals in the market is a stumbling block for IFAs wanting to determine which is best fit for their practice.
“Initiatives like adviserwise.com, which support advisers in this selection as well as encouraging the use of the wide range of eServices that are now available, can only be seen as a good thing," he says.
Origo managing director Paul Pettitt adds: “Origo is dedicated to driving uptake and usage of eServices by advisers, so the addition of these new joiners to adviserwise.com and its Matrix tool helps towards addressing awareness and understanding of the efficiencies that can be gained.”
