Focus Solutions builds links to mortgage intermediaries

Free software and a one-day conference event are being planned for mortgage intermediaries by software developer Focus Solutions as part of its drive into the pending regulated mortgage market.

The firm will target free use of its XML toolkit product “goal:technology” at mortgage lenders, while looking to forge links with the mortgage sourcing and distribution channels. Intermediaries will meanwhile be targeted with an event planned for 27th May in London titled Effective distribution beyond M-Day, to which lenders, portals and packagers are also invited. Issues being discussed include business and technical issues around distribution in the mortgage market, ecommerce solutions in light of ongoing regulatory changes, and “future proofing” IT investments.
