SPML offers online 'KFI style' illustrations for BTL market

Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited (SPML) has announced the introduction of an online facility to enable keyfacts illustration-style documents to be produced for buy-to-let cases direct from its website.

Prior to this facility being brought on stream, any packagers introducing buy-to-let cases needed to obtain the illustration from a sourcing system. Jennie Swallow, SPML’s e-commerce marketing manager says: “At the outset, we did not include an online illustration facility for buy-to-let cases because they are not regulated by the FSA.
