NU in life insurance link-up with Barclays

Norwich Union has linked up with Barclays to offer a range of its new life insurance products to the bank's mass market customers.

The products, which will be marketed as ‘Simplified Life', will be launched this week with customer promotions starting in September. Barclays will offer both level and decreasing term insurance products as non-advised sales through the Barclays website, which also provides a quote option and application facility.
