Canada Life has added five F&C Asset Management funds to its investment range bringing the total number of funds available to 63.
The new funds added include all four multi-manager funds (Balanced, Cautious, Distribution and Growth) as well as the F&C Stewardship Growth fund. The funds will be available across Canada Life's onshore life and pensions products. Richard Philbin, head of multi-manager at F&C, said: "We've been pleased with the performance of all four multi-manager funds in 2005. We set an annual target of making sure all our funds are all 25th to 40th percentile and I'm glad to say all our funds have achieved that. We have had a low stock turnover in 2005 and we would like to think we have been rewarded for our strong approach."
F&C Stewardship Income Fund is currently ranked 16th out of 69 in the UK Equity Income Sector, giving it a top quartile performance over a three year period. It also is also AA-rated by Standard and Poors.
