Winterthur Life UK, part of the Credit Suisse Group, has appointed three new business development managers (BDMs) with the aim of growing adviser services.
Russell Anderson, David Arthur and Don Provan have joined from Scottish Life, Standard Life and Prudential respectively.
The new appointments will all have regional roles across the UK with Anderson supporting advisers in Northern Ireland, Arthur responsible for a panel of intermediaries in Edinburgh and Glasgow and Provan helping advisers in South Manchester, Cheshire and North Wales.
David Thompson, sales director for Winterthur Life UK, said: "The latest BDM appointments add to a series of roles created to develop Winterthur Life's adviser support services this year. Winterthur has been working with the adviser community to develop a whole raft of services to help them respond more effectively to the changing needs of the specialised Wealthy Investor market, pre and post-pensions simplification and depolarisation. Under the name Professional Edge we offer a range of value-added services to help advisers respond to their need to be knowledgeable and efficient in their back office functions."
