Phil Jefferson, Henderson Global Investors' director of UK wholesale, is to leave the group as it looks to move its equity and bond investments into a listed assets business. The move sees Andrew Formica and David Jacob, who are the heads of equities and fixed income respectively, head up the new structure in a joint role. Distribution activities, such as marketing and product support, will also become part of the listed assets business.
