Quay launches commission tracking tool
Quay Software, part of the Capita Group, is launching an automatic commission module (EDI) to help advisers automate and track their commissions.
The tool is designed to take commission tracking out of an adviser's job, which allows them to spend more time with their clients.
Roland Rawicz-Szczerbo, director at Quay Software, said: "This is all built on the back of a recent web poll we carried out where advisers cited the need for an automated commission reconciliation tool for their business. What this does is offer advisers a fast and efficient way to deal with their commission."
The tool allows commission to be delivered to the Client Care Desktop V.3.3 where it is reconciled automatically. The service is available to all users of the Desktop.
To get the module advisers must register with all the participating provider firms and complete their individual registration requests. A route must then be set up with an Easylink mailbox and tested.
