Axa is actively promoting its income fund range through the launch of an income toolkit for financial advisers.
The toolkit is a package designed to offer information and support to help financial advisers with clients who are retired or approaching retirement and are looking for extra income.
It includes a CD-Rom containing an investment for income presentation, a consumer guide to income, an income marketing guide for advisers and mail-out packs and performance comparison charts.
The Axa income range consists of the £3.1bn Distribution Bond, £477m High Yield Distribution, £24m Global High Income and £705.9bn, AA-rated UK Equity Income portfolios.
Mike Mumford, investment marketing manager at Axa Sun Life, said: 'There are more than 23 million people in the UK over 45 years old. This is a huge number of people who need tailored advice on how to boost their income. Stock market volatility means financial advisers are looking for proven and resilient alternatives to meet their clients' income needs.'
The aim of the promotion, he said, was to provide first-class support for financial advisers in matching their clients' needs with the right Axa products.
There will be no discounts on any of the funds. Packs can be obtained by calling 0117 989 0789.
