Premier Fund Managers has launched the Premier UK Income & Growth Plan offering investors a choice of either 7.5% per annum income or 42% growth over five years.
A monthly income option is also available, paying 0.6% per month. The plan is fully qualifying for ISA investments, as well as both ISA and PEP transfers. Investors can also invest directly into the plan with income tax rates of 10% (basic rate) or 32% (higher rate).
Investors' capital return is linked to the performance of the FTSE 100 Index over the 5-year investment period.
Investors will receive a full return of their original investment, in addition to any income or growth, provided the Index doesn't breach a 25% Safety Net – if the Index ever drops below this level, a full return of capital will still be provided if the final value of the Index matches or exceeds the starting value.
If the FTSE 100 Index ever reaches a level 40% higher than its starting value during the investment period, the capital return is locked-in to maturity, regardless of subsequent market movements.
Early Investors in the product will receive interest at a rate of 5% p.a. until the start of the investment period.
Jonathan Fry, Managing Director, said, "With the current low interest rates available, many investors are now desperately keen to boost their income, yet stock market uncertainties are holding many back from investing. We believe this new plan provides the ideal balance between a high return, whether income or growth, on the one hand and downside protection of capital on the other."
