C&G has reduced the fixed rates available on its non-standard lending range by 0.5% following the interest rate cut by the Bank of England on 2 August. Homebuyers and re-mortgagers wanting to self certify their income, or looking to borrow between 95% and 100% loan to value, can now fix their mortgage until 31 October 2003 at 6.99%.
