Heading into the Isa season a number of fund management groups have launched new collective investment vehicles onto the market.
Upcoming and recent fund launches include:
l 15 January - Axa Global High Income. Range of aggressive managed equity funds: Axa UK Opportunities, Axa World Opportunities and Axa European Opportunities.
l 16 January - Jupiter Global Green Investment Trust.
l 17 January - Harvest VCT.
l 22 January - Lindsell Train Investment Trust.
l 23 January - Britannic Asset Management Global sector funds. Global technology, global healthcare, global financials and global resources.
l 29 January - Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Technology Media and Telecoms fund.
l 31 January - Gartmore Focus funds. American Focus, European Focus, UK Focus, Japan Focus and Global Focus.
l February 2001 - Artemis Aim VCT, sponsored by Noble & Co.
l 12 February - M&G Global Financials and Global Media and Communications.

l Aberdeen Asset Managers is planning to launch two separate VCTs this month, the Aberdeen Growth VCTI and VCTII.
l LeggMason Investors intends to launch two funds of funds at the end of January 2001. One fund will be a higher-risk, growth orientated product while the other will be a lower-risk income vehicle.
l KBL Investment Funds, which markets the Solus Oeic range, is planning to launch a North American subfund this year in conjunction with US group Phoenix Investment Partners.
l Lindsell Train Asset Management intends to bring out a global media content fund to be introduced in the middle of this year.
l Friends Ivory & Sime are launching Baronsmead VCT 3, a generalist VCT.
