An IFA workshop is to be held on 22 May aimed at providing information on guaranteed investment products.
The Future Value Consultants day course on designing and selecting guaranteed investments is being supported by Investment Week and will be held at the Landmark Hotel in London.
The seminar will focus on the latest developments in guaranteed investments and stock market linked bonds.
The day will be split into four sessions, the first including a history of guaranteed products, a presentation on how products come to market, and a look at high income bonds. The second morning session covers guaranteed quarterly rolling funds and an analysis of guaranteed bonds. The first session of the afternoon will cover tax free wrappers and look at the best value products on the market. The final session will be a panel entitled "Guaranteed Investments - what does the future hold for investors, advisers and providers?" This will be an open format to allow IFAs to explore some of the topics and issues covered in more details.
Speakers include Neil Lovatt and John Allison of Scottish Life International, Stephen Houghton and Mark Ellis of Abbey National Financial Products, Clive Moore of Pinnacle Insurance, Antony Stack of NDF-Opal, and Tim Mortimer of Future Value Consultants.
The cost of the workshop is £223.25 including VAT.
IFAs interested in finding out more or enrolling can visit www.futurevc.co.uk, or call 020 8288 7462.
