Threadneedle has enhanced its password-protected IFA website, It has added links to Investment Week, daily prices, market forecasts, fund statistics and asset allocation, and the option to order bulk supplies of brochures online.
Richard Eats, communications director at Scudder Threadneedle, said the Advisor Centre website, www.threadneedle.co.uk, is to be enhanced in the coming weeks with the addition of email services allowing IFAs to request specific fund updates and market briefings as well as allowing Investment Week news to be emailed to them automatically.
There is a link to Threadneedle's Investor Centre for retail investors, and a link to the EMX online dealing system, which is due to go live on 12 June.
The website was created by head of e-business Phil Goffin and e-marketing manager Scott Adkins, seconded from Scudder Threadneedle in the US. Eats said the site was set up as a one-stop shop for IFAs and was developed using feedback from advisers through the Threadneedle sales team. It allows IFAs to get daily prices for all Oeic and unit trusts not just Threadneedle's own range.
