Northern Trust is setting up a Dublin-based Oeic as part of its plans to expand its multi-manager service into the UK and Europe. In October 2001 Northern Trust signed its first European distribution deal, a E125m multi-manager tie-up with Italian banking group Mediolanum, and is looking to sign further deals in the coming year.
