The UK's biggest life firms to promote more efficient use of technology by intermediaries
Some of the largest life companies in the UK have formed a joint venture to run a series of free business technology conferences for intermediaries. Backed by groups such as Standard Life, Scottish Equitable, Prudential and Norwich Union, the first of the conferences is to be held in Manchester in June. The conferences are designed to encourage the uptake of technology in the financial advisory sector by demonstrating how it can improve the profitability of an intermediary firm.
