Manor Park has launched three guaranteed growth funds offering minimum returns plus upward-only investment growth. Investors commit a lump sum for three or five years. Part of the fund is used to secure the capital guarantee and the balance is used to gain exposure via derivatives to growth in either the FTSE 100 or a Global Basket Index. Investors can choose a low capital guarantee with a higher proportion of their investment directed to investment growth, or a higher capital guarantee with less risk. Minimum investment ranges from £5,000 to £7,500 and subscriptions close on 31 October. ...
