Ceris Williams has joined Morley Fund Management as head of fixed income, replacing Peter Rains, who has left the company. Williams will be responsible for the 44-strong team, which manages some £50bn in fixed interest assets. Reporting directly to Williams will be head of treasury Tim Lucas, head of corporate credit Paul Mingay, head of sovereign products Shahid Ikram and head of gilts Kevin Lorkins.
