Old Mutual has sold its stockbroking arm for around £12m to Secure Banking Group, subject to regulatory approval. Ed Warner, chief executive officer of Old Mutual in the UK, said the group's focus is on Old Mutual Asset Management, private client portfolio manager Gerrard, and fund supemarket Selestia.
