The Exchange has added a Permanent Health Insurance (PHI) quotations serviceto its Exweb portal so IFAs can select quotes online and submit application forms direct with product providers. Systems automatically validate these forms before they can be submitted, says the Exchange, to reduce the number of errors and allow providers to start processing applications almost immediately after applications arrive. New features should also allow IFAs to switch to quotation services for other products without having to re-enter client data.
