Elizabeth Soon, former manager of the Schroder Far Eastern fund, has left the group to join Standard Life Investments. Last month Investment Week reported that Soon had been replaced by Richard Sennitt as lead manager on the Schroders fund and she was to run institutional money for the group. Soon joins Standard Life Investments in January as head of its Asia ex Japan equity team.
