Armstrong launches property fund

Armstrong Management is to launch the Armstrong Managed Property fund on 1 May 2002 and is distributing SG Asset Management fund of hedge fund products. Armstrong Managed Property will concentrate on UK residential properties and offers pooled investment into the buy-to-let market. The fund is domiciled in the Isle of Man and will be promoted globally and across the UK. The fund has a target return of 9-10% per annum over a rolling period.
