Pioneer Friendly Society has launched an interactive website for intermediaries aimed at offering online quotations and applications.
The site, located at www.pioneer-friendly.co.uk, also features direct email links to Pioneer's staff and a document library so that IFAs can print off information on the group's product range.
Pioneer specialises in day one and short deferred income protection insurance in the UK.
David Macgregor, national sales manager at Pioneer, said: "We have already received some very favourable comments from IFAs.
"At a time when we are busy due to the re-launch of our product, anything we can do to maintain and improve our high standards of service is vital and this website is already playing an important part."
The protection product, which offers various deferred periods from one day to 52 weeks, can also feature no occupational or gender loading, waiver of premium, tax-free lump sums at age 60, career break and unemployment cover as well as inflation proofing.
The site will also feature Pioneer's free health claims advisory service. Within the website advisers can access the document library which holds copies of the group's key features, client and technical guides, rate tables, application forms and the society's rulebook.
