Skipton Building Society is offering investors a five-year guaranteed bond, providing at least 22%, and up to 50%, growth without the risk of capital loss. The bond is linked to the FTSE 100, S&P 500 and the Dow Jones Eurostoxx 50. Investors will receive a guaranteed 8% return for each year the three indices increase their levels on the previous year, plus a bonus 10% in the final year if all three indices increase every year during the life of the product. The level of the three indices will be noted at the close of business on 5 March 2002, and then each subsequent year on this date until...
