First set of exams for the new financial services training regime will be held by mid 2004, according to the Skills Council for Financial Services roadmap, shown below. Key details of the syllabus and final details of the process are highlighted as exam development, according to the map. By this stage, training providers and those interested in creating advice-based exams will have completed consultation with the SCFS. Initial testing will then begin early in 2004.
