Dominic Baker is to take over the £58m Threadneedle Pan-European Growth Fund from Susie Roberts at the end of August. Roberts is leaving the group at the end of the month to pursue a career within the sailing industry. Baker has been part of Threadneedle's European team since 2000 and is currently deputy manager of the European Select Growth Fund as well as managing other institutional European equity portfolios.
