Gerard Quirke has resigned from his position as Morley Fund Management's chief financial officer. He will leave the group at the end of 2003 after four years with the company. Meanwhile, chief operating officer Nick Alford is to be appointed to the Morley board and will assure boardroom responsibilities currently held by Quirke. Alford joined Morley in January 2002 and was appointed chief operating officer in January this year.
