Teather & Greenwood's film partnership scheme Take 6 is to remain open to investors until the end of July to accommodate demand. Take 6 aims to raise £20m and it is intended that the partnership will trade for five years. The partnership is designed to offer members income tax relief and income benefits by producing a range of British Qualifying Films, including projects which qualify under official UK co-production treaties. Under current tax rules, applicants can obtain 100% tax relief up front on their initial contribution. Minimum investment is £10,000. Intermediary commission is 3.25% with trail of 0.5%.
