Moneyextra, the personal finance website bought by Bristol & West from the Exchange, has announced its intention to trial the AssureWeb trading platform.
AssureSoft, the company behind the software, is not releasing further details of the agreement except that development on the Moneyextra site will commence this month.
The platform comprises a quotation and research service in addition to the transaction engine.
Tony Macklin, marketing director at Moneyextra, said: "We are delighted to be working with AssureWeb, which offers a flexible and innovative technology solution to increase the future functionality of Moneyextra.
"Over the coming weeks and months we will work closely with our colleagues at AssureWeb to harness the power of our online services in robust trials with a view to going live later in the year."
