Micheal Moule, manager of the Bankers Investment Trust, is to retire in June 2003, with the mandate moving to his current deputy, Alex Crooke. Moule, who has been a director on the trust since 1982, will remain on the board. Crooke also manages the Henderson High Income Trust and Henderson Geared Income and Growth Trust. The £452m trust is ranked third out of 28 in the global growth sector over three years to 13 May 2002, returning 26.9% compared to the sector average 6.3%.
